C<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este 26 y 27 de mayo estamos participando desde la Direcci\u00f3n de G\u00e9neros y Diversidad Sexual de la Federaci\u00f3n en las Jornadas Nacionales: \u201cHaciendo Universidades Feministas\u201d, que se realizan de manera presencial en la Universidad Nacional de Rosario, organizadas por la Red Interuniversitaria por la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero y contra las Violencias (RUGE-CIN), el \u00c1rea de G\u00e9nero y Sexualidades (UNR) y el Ministerio de Igualdad, G\u00e9nero y Diversidad de la Provincia de Santa Fe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laura Kniznik y Ayel\u00e9n Mart\u00ednez, por la Direcci\u00f3n, estamos intercambiando reflexiones en los diferentes ejes planteados (Violencia, Cuidados, Diversidad y Transversalizaci\u00f3n de la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero), donde se presentan experiencias de gesti\u00f3n, docencia, extensi\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n, con nuestra particularidad de hacerlo desde una organizaci\u00f3n sindical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En concreto, hacemos un aporte en el eje \u00abExperiencias relacionadas con el abordaje de las brechas de g\u00e9nero y las pol\u00edticas de corresponsabilidad y cuidados\u00bb reflexionando sobre propuestas de incorporaci\u00f3n y reformulaci\u00f3n de licencias del CCT docente de licencias por cuidados compartidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
